We collect the information you give us to run the service: your name, email, and payment details (handled securely by our payment processor), plus the family information you enter — parent names, phone numbers, tuition amounts, and due dates.
We use your data only to operate TuitionPing: sending tuition reminders by SMS, managing your account and billing, and providing support. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Phone numbers you enter are used solely to send the reminders you configure.
Parents receive reminder texts only after being added by their provider, which constitutes consent to receive tuition reminders. Anyone can opt out at any time by replying STOP; opt-outs are honored immediately and the number will not be texted again unless they reply START.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
