Terms of Service

The service

TuitionPing sends automated tuition-reminder text messages on your behalf to phone numbers you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to text the numbers you add — for example, by collecting consent at enrollment or in your tuition agreement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to only add phone numbers of people who have agreed to receive tuition reminders, and to keep family information accurate and up to date. You will not use the service to send marketing messages or messages unrelated to tuition billing.

Billing

Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. A card is collected at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and reminders stop then.

Fair use

Reminders are intended for tuition billing only. We may suspend accounts that generate spam complaints or violate carrier messaging rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed or delayed messages, including those caused by carrier filtering, opt-outs, or incorrect numbers you enter. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
